Ingo Linder war nach dem Studium zunächst bei der Citibank Privatkunden AG in Düsseldorf als Business Analyst tätig. Anschließend arbeitete er als Teamleiter im Werkscontrolling in der chemischen Industrie bei der Enka GmbH & Co. KG in Heinsberg. Es folgte eine berufliche Station als Gruppenleiter Controlling bei der Wirth Maschinen- und Bohrgerätefabrik GmbH in Erkelenz. Seit 2007 ist Ingo Linder Leiter des Asset Managements (Betriebsführung) bei aeos energy.
Ingo Linder hat an der Bergischen Universität Wuppertal Wirtschaftswissenschaften studiert und verfügt über einen Abschluss als Diplom-Ökonom.

Guido Fiebes ist seit mehr als 20 Jahren in der europäischen Energieindustrie tätig. Er begann seine berufliche Laufbahn als Teamleiter Mergers & Acquisitions bei der ELF Oil Deutschland GmbH in Berlin. Anschließend war er über mehrere Jahre Geschäftsführer einer Mineralölvertriebsgesellschaft der ELF Oil in Bayern.
Weitere berufliche Stationen waren eine mehrjährige Auslandstätigkeit als Business Development Manager im Strategiebereich der Downstream Sparte von TOTAL in Paris sowie eine Tätigkeit als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung der Deutschen Essent GmbH in Düsseldorf. In 2007 gründete er aeos energy, deren Geschäfte er bis Ende 2013 alleine führte.
Von Anfang 2014 bis Mitte 2015 war er interimistisch als Head of Corporate Development & Strategy | M&A für Enovos International S.A. in Luxemburg tätig. Von Mitte 2015 bis Mitte 2017 war Guido Fiebes neben seiner Tätigkeit für aeos energy auch als Senior Vice President und Partner bei Thesis Energy LLP in London tätig, einem europaweit agierenden Energieinvestor welcher sich auf den Erwerb und den Betrieb von Gas- und Kohlekraftwerken spezialisiert hatte.
Guido Fiebes verfügt über Studienabschlüsse als Diplom-Kaufmann (Technische Universität Dortmund) sowie als Master of Business Administration (University at Albany – State University of New York).
